Virtual Gift Card Rules

• The virtual Kilimu namai gift card is valid for all products in our online store, after entering the card code during checkout.

• The card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• If the order amount is greater than the gift card value, the missing amount can be covered with the selected additional payment method.

• The unused portion of the amount is not refundable .

• When returning goods purchased with a gift card, the money is returned to the same gift card.

• If the cart amount is less than the card balance, the unused portion remains for further use until the card expires.

• A gift card can only be used to purchase goods and cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash .

How to use a gift card?

1. You can find the card code on the virtual gift card page sent to you.

2. In the checkout window, in the "Gift card or discount code" field, enter the code you have.

3. Click "Apply" and the amount will be immediately applied to your order.
